We manufacture high-quality food packaging PET flakes. PET flakes are produced at a rate of up to 750 MT per month. We create 75% clear and 25% green flakes from the overall volume. 60% of our clients are PET sheet producers, while 40% are fiber and PET strap producers.

Gravita uses its extensive network of recycling centers to sort and separate plastic raw materials by color and type to avoid contamination during the manufacturing process.

The company’s sustainable supply chain management system ensures continuous delivery of PET bottles to recycling centers, with a monthly output capacity of 750 metric tonnes.

The recycled PET flakes are available in a variety of colours, including light blue, dark blue, green, and clear, and are ready for quick delivery to the company’s customers worldwide. This stringent procedure is carried out manually to ensure a consistently low level of contaminants; PVC bottle caps are also removed during sorting.

After sifting, the source materials are ground into flakes, which are then washed and sterilised to remove any remaining pollutants from the final product.
